Please contact our company before returning the goods.
You can return the goods within 30 days of delivery. The goods have to be unused.
If the goods have been damaged or used, we will not refund it.
Ensure you enclose your contact details with the return parcel and if possible, let us have a tracking number and a short description of the problem.
We recommend that you get a proof of postage as well as a ID of the package as it would make it easier to track the package if it is returned to us.
If you have paid following an invoice, we would need your bank account details in order to return the money. Please send this information to us via email.
If you wish to return the goods, please forward a receipt of other proof of purchase. Please send the goods to the following address: Jagt Juvelen. Kessel Alle 38, DK-2791 Dragoer, Denmark.
You are solely responsible for payment of your own delivery costs when you return the goods. Delivery costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, delivery costs will be deducted from the refund. It varies how long it takes to refund a product, depending on where you live.
If you return goods with a value of more than DKK500 (approx. UK£55 or USD75), you should send the product as a parcel for insurance purposes with tracking, as we cannot guarantee delivery.
You can receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we can offer an exchange of your purchase.
The goods can be returned unused and in the same condition as when you received it in its original packaging.
As soon as we receive and have examined the goods you have returned, we will confirm receipt by email. We will also let you know whether we will refund you or not.
If the refund has been approved, the amount will be credited to your card or bank account depending on your method of payment.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or your card provider. It can take some time before the refund is showing on your statement.

We only exchange goods if they are faulty or have become damaged prior to delivery.
